Off to Santa is an independently built, consumer-facing holiday product.

During a two-week after-hours sprint, I conceived and built Off to Santa, an AI-powered holiday web experience. By combining generative AI, UX design, and front‑end development, I delivered a polished, production‑ready product from scratch.

OutcomeDesigned, built, and launched as a fully functional AI-powered web experience in a two-week sprint. The product was used by real families during the holiday season and operated in production with live traffic and payments. A launch video spread organically through user sharing, reaching over 250,000 views without paid promotion.

Distribution & Creative ExperimentationDuring launch, I designed and tested distribution formats, including short-form video and UI overlays, to provoke reaction, encourage sharing, and drive engagement. This included experimenting with delight, controversy, giveaways, and culturally recognizable moments to understand audience response in real time.
